Review on SleepRight Select No-Boil Dental Guard: The Ultimate Teeth Grinding Solution for a Peaceful Sleep by Brinson Quarterman

Too big for my mouth; slides around

From the start I could not wear it as described. The middle guard, over my bottom teeth, actually sat so low on my jaw that it cut in where my bottom lip meets my jaw (lower frenulum, if you like anatomy questions). It was much wider than my teeth. So I tried flipping it and at least it fit. It was still too wide and pushed out my upper lip, but after a few minutes I got used to it. My upper incisors no longer rubbed against my lower incisors, and my molars and wisdom teeth could no longer rub against each other. Now that I've used it for a few weeks, it just won't stay in place while I sleep. About 50% of the time I wake up it falls out of its seat and just swims in my mouth. It's so bendable I can imagine one end getting stuck down my throat and posing a choking hazard. If you have a medium or large mouth, it can stay in place. This is very bad, because the other 50% of the time it really seemed to make sense.
