The first bag I ordered was great. Great little balls perfect for turning into snowman heads for my craft. I liked it so much that I immediately ordered a second bag. The bag arrived flat. Round little discs. The company is great at accepting returns and replacements. The replacement came, but again the balls were flat.
- Colors may vary slightly from batch to batch as it is very difficult to dye wool the same color.
