Update: I was actually sent a replacement right after I updated my last review. I can't give a full 5 stars due to the issues I had to go through to get a replacement. It's sad that I had to write some bad reviews before the company lifted a finger to help me, but they did the right thing in the end. Update: As if this company couldn't get any more dishonest. They promised to send me a new product on Trustpilot if I update the review. I have no problem with that, but I don't do anything until the actual product is on my doorstep or I get some sort of confirmation in the mail. Now they have reported my review. and I doubt they even sent my replacement. Absolutely terrible company to work for. Heed my warning and don't end up like me. The manufacturer does not stand behind this point. They claim to have a 90 day guarantee but will not honor it unless you buy directly from them. I should have listened to the negative reviews. $50 down the toilet.
