I am happy with the pump (ordered 20/07/2020) but the box came without a digital timer. Revain sent a second replacement pump, which also had no timer. Revain then contacted the seller who stated the problem was with the manufacturer and a timer was sent to me separately within a week. The + - Timer buttons used to set the timer were not working making it unusable. Resetting the device did not fix the issue. Quality control seems to be an important issue for this company. Both Revain and the manufacturer can quickly and easily identify which of these sealed pump boxes are missing a digital timer by weighing them. Those without a timer weigh less. This is one of the simple quality control measures that can be implemented to avoid the problem of missing a timer on future pump orders. It would also be helpful to test the timers before shipping to ensure they are working properly. On August 25, 2020 I received a replacement timer from a working company. While their quality control is problematic, their customer service is very good. They respond to every issue and ensure complete customer satisfaction, which is why I'm upgrading my rating from 2 to 4 stars. date or time. All of the many other battery powered products I have purchased either do not come with the battery installed or have a tab that keeps the battery disconnected until the product is ready to use. This not only leads to an unnecessary discharge of the battery, but also to a build-up of heat in the closed shipping carton, which can damage electrical components. I urge the company to reconsider this unusual practice.
