I had to make some adjustments
The insole was either not attached or very poorly attached so it kept slipping and shifting when worn, making the shoes very uncomfortable for my son. I happened to have a roll of double sided carpet tape. I decided to use this to fix the insole and it worked great. Now the shoes are comfortable and he likes them. However, I don't feel I had to make any adjustments to make them wearable. So one star minus.
