I bought this for my son who hates lace-ups but the velcro doesn't last long for a busy 6 year old. They are exactly like in the photo. The perfect shade of red (his favorite color) and they match perfectly. He has a big foot so I took half a size up. I will buy my other kids a pair too!

These are my son's favorite running shoes. Now I order one size bigger and 3 different colors. We usually buy Chuck Taylor slip-ons, but they don't come in red. Found these firs for almost half the price. He has actually outgrown them and they have been wet and worn for half a year and now most of the summer. He always takes this 1st of 7 pairs of casual shoes.

The insole was either not attached or very poorly attached so it kept slipping and shifting when worn, making the shoes very uncomfortable for my son. I happened to have a roll of double sided carpet tape. I decided to use this to fix the insole and it worked great. Now the shoes are comfortable and he likes them. However, I don't feel I had to make any adjustments to make them wearable. So one star minus.

I bought this size 12 for my 7 year old who is very sensitive to stitching, textures etc. He was very happy to have shoes without velcro as his previous shoes kept peeling off. When he first put them on he said they were too tight and my heart sank. I convinced him to wear them around the house a little more to get his feet used to them and he soon said they fit perfectly! He is so happy with them and says they are the most comfortable shoes he has ever had. Success!

when the shoe was delivered it came in a plastic bag and the shoe was broken on the back and was squeezing like your tennis shoes when you walk on the back of the shoe . Product description is misleading. They do NOT have a rubber outsole which is grippy and provides traction. It has a perfectly smooth molded plastic sole, which makes the shoe very slippery and not suitable for walking.
