This item is perfect. I wanted an apple watch for all the fitness stuff and it's the perfect watch for a quarter of the price. They have all the fitness features of the Apple Watch and are the perfect alternative. It comes with a phone app that makes it very easy to use. I tested accuracy by counting my heart rate with this and the companion Apple Watch, and they both had the same readings, so it's pretty accurate. The battery lasts a long time, I didn't charge it for a few days.
