When I first got this tablet I wasn't sure I would like it but it took a few days and I'm getting used to it and find it definitely meets my needs, and at a very affordable price. There were a few things I found wrong or couldn't figure out, but now I've figured it all out and can use the tablet as is. One thing was that I couldn't find a place to put an SD card. If I hadn't found a video on Youtube describing the unboxing and assembly of the Meberry M7, I would never have found where to insert the SD card. I believe the manufacturer should fix this as the tablet doesn't say anywhere where the SD card is inserted. To insert an SD card you need to turn the tablet towards you so that the power supply is on the right side. Then you need to remove the black border on the top of the tablet. This black border is by no means something that can be removed and I was only able to find out thanks to the video. The black piece looks like it is part of the main body and cannot be lifted. This is very difficult. I had to use a nail file and broke a few nails in the process. But I was able to insert the SD card. The second issue is that for some reason the tablet is formatting the card as internal and not external storage, but I can see the tablet adding the SD card storage to the total. available disk space. Now that I've solved those issues I haven't had to deal with other issues and the tablet works great for what I need. I love using it. I find it a bit slow at times, but I enjoy watching YouTube videos outside on my porch, which is basically what I bought it for, and it does it well. I bought a Revain Fire tablet a few years ago to watch YouTube videos and found that many of these videos won't play on a Revain tablet because they require Chrome, which Revain Fire doesn't support. I'm used to the way Google works and I just can't get used to the Revain OS. I feel much better with this new Meberry M7 and was able to get it at a very affordable price. So in the end it turns out that I am very satisfied with this tablet.
