I like that each member gets his own account page which allows me as an administrator for over 10k members to keep track easily without having multiple accounts open in one browser window! It has been difficult at times using this program but its worth sticking through because they do offer customer support 24/7 365 days per year so there are always people willing to answer questions when needed even during off hours (like midnight). At first glance from some users the layout may seem confusing however once familiarized this site becomes very easy to use by anyone who knows how computers work such as myself!! Tracking claims paid out vs pending claim status makes us feel more secure knowing our funds will not run dry if something goes wrong down stream due to bad data entry errors made while processing paperwork sent via fax machine etc.. We have all kinds of insurance plans including self payers along side Medicare Advantage Plans available thru Blue Cross & BCBS PPOs making up half our membership base.
