I bought this windshield (my second Memphis Shades windshield) to replace the original OEM glass on my Harley Road King. The OEM version was too high and the edge was right in my line of sight when riding, which was very annoying. So I just wanted something a few inches deeper. The Harley screen costs about $160. The Memphis Shades version is $92! When I received the screen I immediately noticed that it was made from a heavier (thicker) Lexan material than the OEM screen, which I really like as it performs very well and complements the bike very well. Also, the mounting holes lined up perfectly with my original hardware, and the holes themselves are reinforced with spacers to prevent the Lexan from splintering, which I thought was a very nice feature. I went with a "Solar" tint lens, which has only a very light, even tint all over the body and looks really fantastic on the bike. The height is now perfect and I am very happy with my purchase. This screen is a million times better than the Harley version at almost half the price. This is the second car I have bought (the first was for my wife's Honda Shadow) and both have been fantastic. I definitely recommend this brand to everyone now.
