Review on 🔪 Weiler 56490 Mandrel Cutter Diameter by Rich Ferguson

The first one I received had a significant head bang. So much so that during operation the edge of the cutting disc bounced up/down and the edge of the disc ripped.The replacement is much better and doesn't jump when running but there is still a bit of vibration and wobble.I gave 3 stars because the price is good and the second one is serviceable.I also contacted the manufacturer but it it's been many weeks and they still haven't responded to my message EDIT: I believe the runout is caused by buckling during the manufacturer's heat treat process after the part is machined.
