I just copied all the files from my existing 16GB card to the 32GB card and it worked great. Here is the procedure in case you are trying to do the same. Copy data from an existing card to your computer a. Connect your Android phone to your computer using a USB cable. b. When Android connects, it will show the USB icon in the title bar. You can click on it and connect in USB mass storage mode so that the contents of the microSD card appear as a connected drive on your computer. in. Once you see the contents of the SD card, just copy everything (from the root directory) to a folder (e.g. droid-microsd-backup) on your computer.2. Then unplug the cable and turn off your phone3. Replace the old Micro SD card with a new one and turn on the phone.4. Once your phone has booted up, connect it to your computer with a USB cable5. Select the USB mass storage connection again.6. Now copy the entire contents of the backup folder to a new micro SD card (all contents INSIDE the droid-microsd-backup folder)7. After the copying is complete, disconnect the USB8 cable. At this point your Android will read the contents of the new microSD card and all of your existing files should be displayed. In my case I also had some applications installed on the microsd card and these were also recognized and the application was able to work as before.
