There is no chip in the key itself
This is very annoying as I read reviews and product descriptions. It was never mentioned that there was no chip in the key part. So when I scheduled an appointment for a cutting and programming technician, those keys were useless. What would have cost me $175 cost me $330. Yes, my key is a rotate/zoom key, meaning it can do either or. Therefore, the chip for both must match the computer so that they can work independently.
