The quality is good, the child is 3 years old.
This funnel is of excellent quality and will last a long time. I wouldn't say a 3 year old would be able to jump on it though. My daughter can't sit on it to jump because her feet can't touch the ground when inflated and we even tried to get some air out where he could still jump and it still didn't help big for her. I would still recommend this product if your 3 year old is above average or for the older children listed in the age recommendation because I also bought one for my older child and she loves it!
