I definitely agree with a lot of the high reviews when I first bought this car. It worked great and the air quality was great. BUT then I needed a replacement filter and that's when the problems started. First of all, this is a Chinese product and unfortunately I bought it at the very beginning of the pandemic. So 3 months after the purchase, all places, including the Colzer website, were out of the filters! I tried to get my money back and they kept saying how the filter comes. Finally, after another 3 months, I was able to order a filter. I bought 2 because I didn't want to go through this mess again but then I got the filters and you can tell the version is way cheaper than the original. I tried it anyway, and just 2 months after installing the filter, the light came on. I've attached a picture showing the filter wasn't even that dirty. I'm so pissed that I spent so much money on this machine and definitely not worth it when replacement filters are crap. Air purifiers are only as good as their filters, no matter how good they were when I bought them, they're not very good now. I can only hope that the price of replacement filters will go down, the only reason I'm putting 2 stars instead of 1 star, otherwise I'll have to buy another car because it's not worth paying for those filters every 2 months!
