The bag and thermos are great but the containers appear to be used! They are scratched on the lid and also on the bottom of the container! Very disappointed! I didn't pay $40 for some refurbished items. i will return it UPDATE: I could swear I updated this review. OK, I hope it works this time. lol just wanted to let everyone know that i'm changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars. The seller contacted me a while ago (said I thought I updated the review) and said that sometimes containers get scratched during shipping. They sent me a new set of perfect containers and they are serving us very well. The whole set is excellent and durable. My w/w girls have been using these bags for a while for sure. :)
