The best part about Via is that it's very simple to use! It makes dispatching easy for our drivers since they can do their job from anywhere with an internet connection (even while driving). We have been using this software since we started out as self-employed truckers 5 years ago; there was nothing not liked when I first used it back then either. There are some minor bugs or glitches here & there but these tend to be fixed pretty quickly by Via support team. They also offer excellent customer service which helps us resolve any issues that arise without too much hassle. If you're looking into mobile app solutions for your business - look no further than via! As of now, one thing that i dislike most about Via would be its price tag compared to competitors like Yodel/Uber Freight etc., however, if you don't mind paying extra fees each month for subscription services such as 2Way SMS / GPS tracking.
