I bought a helmet lock almost 2 years ago. Last week I wanted to unlock it to secure my helmet and it wouldn't unlock. I used it last night with no problems so it was weird. I have emailed the company to see if there is a workaround. Freddie replied within a few hours and explained that I should try WD-40 to alleviate the situation and asked me to let him know if that didn't work so he could replace it! I tried it and it still didn't work so I informed him and noted how long ago my purchase was. His next email to me, later that day, was that my replacement had been dispatched and should be delivered within 2 days. Got the lock today. I can't say enough good things about a company that goes as far as this one. Thank you Big Pant and Freddie.
