Bought 2 months ago. Worked fine for a month and a half. Then check for sound issues when connecting directly to the device. Now the headphones will not charge anymore. I called support and they asked me to leave a message directly on my voicemail. I emailed them and filled out the contact form. Nothing back. They are still under warranty but after reading more reviews I am concerned that there is no customer service or warranty. For €100 this is absolutely unacceptable. Revain should prevent them from selling products through their website.
