They are so colorful and attractive. These are definitely running shoes, and I'm not. I thought I might use them while walking and/or exercising. They are very light and comfortable. They have a mesh material so the holes let air through to keep your feet from sweating. There are brackets on the bottom and you can screw in four metal brackets. They are supplied in a plastic bag together with a screwing tool. I'm far from an expert on running shoes, running in general, or sports equipment so I hope my review makes sense lol. I can say that they seem to be of good quality as is usually the case with this brand. They are cute, with great colors and very comfortable.
