I was very impressed with this trainer. Extremely affordable and great quality. Sometimes we think if we spend more on something we will get a better product, not in this case. "What waist” literally sells a similar one for $70 and I got this for 30+. I bought the "what waist” one but it was too small but I did not return it because I want to use it as motivation to fit into later. But I needed something for now and did not want to spend as much so I decided to go with this brand and i’m glad I did. PS I hardly do reviews so that’s how you know this is good.And I love how it has The hooks inside before you zip it up which made it very easy to put on and also adjustable. I’ll make it really tight when I’m at the gym and I loosen it up when I’m at work.
