The ability for our clients (contractors) from all over North America as well South Africa is that they can work at home or wherever it suits them best! It has saved us time by having everyone working together but also saves money when we don't have people coming into office every day - so no need for building space etc!! I dislike needing internet access via phone line/wifi because sometimes this isn’t available where needed most like rural areas / remote locations. We are using SPME software now instead of paper forms.
