Heavier than expected.
I live in an apartment, so I have to take care of the walls. They are NOT without damage. Adhesive damage as well as screws. I was hoping they would be the same as my other shelves which I have secured with pins but no luck. They are too heavy for that. You must use screws. I only use them to place single shells or a single geode and the glue doesn't hold them and will damage the walls. If you don't rent, no problem. If so, be careful.
