I wore this jacket on a 5 month trip around the world. It's pretty warm in sub-zero temperatures IF you have other layers underneath. The fact that he isn't breathing can be seen as isolation. This can be a problem in warm temperatures. However, I find the breathability to be adequate compared to others at a similar price point. This jacket is a little more stylish than others tried on, slightly fitted, more attractive than most raincoats. Looks good with or without a hood.
