It was such a "Eureka!" moment when we saw photos of another brewery of this one! Installation took a few minutes and allows us to store our 2000# grain superbags at the level of our nest of pallet racks, rather than the bottom level β which really frees up floor space. Instead of shoveling all of the grain into large bins for grinding (we don't have an auger), we can now just open it up and throw it straight into the bins on the scale. The only wish is a longer hose for easier handling. and a latch to lock the shutter that "closes" the shot so it can't be accidentally opened.
