More than 4 months have passed since I contacted the recommended amazon service center. They took the device from me and gave me an order, then the matter does not move forward, every time I contact the service center they report things that are very important to me, then their employee quit, who dealt with my appeal, then they just lost the application 2 times. When contacting the service center, the employee himself told me on record that 134 days had passed after contacting them and this was the norm, then he corrected himself and said that this was not the norm. It's very funny that when the device came to me, it had a sticker on it, supposedly it passed various tests, I think this is all a hoax, since the basic function of the surge protector does not work. I categorically do not recommend buying this device, there are a lot of such reviews, that is, the risk is high. It is better not to buy devices from this company. Shopping on the market is now in question
