The giant clips that came with my charger broke and I replaced them with smaller ones. They work great, no need for huge ones (they can easily handle 10 amps). It's best to solder them rather than just crimp them, but they do have a crimp option if you don't want to solder. I'm not sure if they overheat at 10 amps without solder.
