Two layers. I had a small stain on it and tried rubbing it off and the top film came off. I called the company and they had no idea what I was talking about. I didn't know if I should take it off before printing, so I tried both ways. I'm giving someone a gift, so I really want it to be right. Still, I thought I should see what happens when you have to clean (wipe) it with a dry cloth. the ink smears. He shows the sticker on the bathroom glass so wet areas should be fine but NO! When I called them and told them what had happened they had no idea what I was talking about and kept telling me I have a different product than what I have and saying NOT WET IT! It looks like plastic paper so think it must be good for wet areas and they show it off on the bath tub! Now I wasted my money on something I won't be using. She won't even be able to wipe it off if she has to dust it off. and it was supposed to be for her bathroom, so it's a big no! Very disappointed ! I can't give the gift I wanted to give. Damn!
