I love these. More flexible than Grip Tex and more suitable for everyday use. My 12 year old dog is recovering from an injury and needs the extra traction it provides both at home and on walks. I never ran out of them. The key is to get the right size and wear socks to avoid staining. My dog's hind paws are a size smaller than the front paws, which I understand is fairly typical. The Ruffwear socks are not the right size (they fit multiple sizes and are too big for my dog) so I bought a pair of cheap dog socks elsewhere. I've only had them 2 weeks and there is visible wear and tear so I expect to buy a new pair sometime this year. But that's with daily wear, 12 hours a day.
