As Otter cases go up in price and quality goes down, I decided to take a chance and buy this case just for the price. Here's what I think: Protection: I've dropped my phone a few times and my phone hasn't been damaged. I wish the front edge around the screen was a bit higher but so far so good, the case protects my phone. Additional Features: This is where this case shines in an unexpected way. First, the buttons on the case are sent down from God. The S20 FE's out-of-the-box buttons are terrible. The case elevates and widens the volume buttons, while the power button is ribbed. Second, the footrest. I marked this as a gimmick, but it's evolved into a feature I'll definitely be looking for in the future. I use it literally every day. Think about how often you keep your phone somewhere. Meetings, housework, bedtime shows, etc. This is a boner I didn't know I needed but now don't want to give up.
