You need three high-resolution monitors to justify the need for one device.

The device meets all the manufacturer's specifications. The downside for me is that for my work computer, which I don't have local admin rights on, some drivers didn't load. My solution was to download the drivers and leave them available on the computer. Then let Desktop Services install the drivers. I also had to do this for my monitor and wireless keyboard vendor. Why I chose this one is because I have three DELL 3818DW monitors and a laptop screen. A little nuance. Remember that there is an on/off switch on the back.
