Combination

You should be able to press the latch and turn the dial to set your own code, but the dial will only turn when locked. I've watched several videos and tried everything but stupid things don't work for me. My only guess is that my hands are too weak to push as hard as the job requires. Another product not suitable for those with fragile or weak hands if that is the case. I'm sending it back but it's too late to buy anything before the trip 😡
