The right tools make it easier

Used on a '14 F150 and it made things easier. It was easy to remove the driver's side front sensor, which is notoriously difficult to reach. It's worth putting off repairs for a day or two and having this in your toolbox.

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • Obsolete model

Sockets worked as intended

Tools fit well and I was able to replace my O2 sensors fairly easily. Plan to spray some good anti-rust oil on the old sensors as they will be difficult to remove and may require a different extension cable/flips to get to some sensors. Didn't have to use hunters but nice to have.

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • Compatibility

It's worth buying just a chrome bushing. Wrenches are useless.

I only bought this set because it had a displacement sensor wrench that I could (presumably) attach my 1/2" breaker to. But the wrench is so weak that it just spreads out and then slides around the sensor. However, the large 22mm chrome nut works well as a 1" socket wrench can be used on its end, providing plenty of torque for removing the sensors. And he didn't scatter like the wrenches. I used a chrome bushing to remove all four 02 sensors on my 2006 Silverado with a 5.3L engine. I haven't…

Pros
  • Have fun
Cons
  • Reliability
