Review on πŸ”§ 5-Piece Automotive Oxygen Sensor Socket Removal Tool Set with Wrench and Thread Chaser by Kenny Marozas

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It's worth buying just a chrome bushing. Wrenches are useless.

I only bought this set because it had a displacement sensor wrench that I could (presumably) attach my 1/2" breaker to. But the wrench is so weak that it just spreads out and then slides around the sensor. However, the large 22mm chrome nut works well as a 1" socket wrench can be used on its end, providing plenty of torque for removing the sensors. And he didn't scatter like the wrenches. I used a chrome bushing to remove all four 02 sensors on my 2006 Silverado with a 5.3L engine. I haven't used the included cutters at all so I don't know how well they work.

Pros
  • Have fun
Cons
  • Reliability
