I received the product in an Amazon box and when I opened it the laptop table seemed used. There were scuffs on the part that kept the laptop from sliding, as well as debris in the cup holder. It took about 6 Clorox wipes to fully clean the entire table. The product itself is ok and serves its purpose. However, the packaging needs some work. I would give this 4 or 5 stars if the product was pure.
