A simple platform used especially as part of CRM tools

The best thing I like about this software is that it is integrated with my website, so I can easily manage my queue from there. It also has an in-built system for sending emails to customers who are at the back of the line. Sometimes when I send an email to a customer who is at the front of the queue, they receive it but the person behind them doesn't get notified. This is not very convenient. I would recommend this product if you're looking for a tool which will help you keep track of your queue, and also give you notifications when someone reaches the front of the queue. We have been able to reduce our average response time by almost 10 minutes per day.
