My dentist gave me some of this after cleaning and I didn't care. Then I moved to a new area and my nearest dentist was amazed at how healthy my gums are. He said he could tell that I floss all the time (in fact, I'm a really terrible flosser). When it came time to change my toothbrushes and I ran out of freebies, I couldn't find that particular brush at the grocery store or pharmacy, so I tried a few others. I hated them all! I had to order them from Revain. This toothbrush ruined all my other toothbrushes. And it's surprising given how plain they look.
