I really like this frame. The packaging was well done, bubble wrapped and placed in an inner box that itself fit into another large paper lined box. The color of the frame was really good, just like the picture. The first thing I usually check on frames is the angles and how they connect. This frame is very well made, with perfectly joined corners. there are no distortions. There are multiple layers of struts on the back to connect the frame. The strut closer to the edge of the corner at the top corners is slightly raised and not full. From what I've seen so far, this prevents the angle brackets from damaging the front of the frame. There are two downsides: First, the tabs used to hold the document in place are metal tabs that need to be bent, they are not knobs. . holds the document in place better, but requires twisting of small metal parts. The second disadvantage is the sawtooth mount, you just have to be careful when hanging the frame. Even with these two little things, the frame is still solid 5.
