Review on Premium Stainless Steel Electric Gooseneck Kettle – 1L, 120V – Perfect for Brewing Coffee & Tea by David Perez

Update: A few minutes after I posted the *Issue/Review below, a Willow & Everett representative contacted me about sending the kettle in for a replacement and said I must have received a defective unit. They sent a replacement within 24 hours of my reply and 2 days later it was at my doorstep. Impressive customer service to say the least! Been using it for a few months now, NO PROBLEMS! It heats up quickly and is the perfect temperature for my coffee. My kids also use it for tea, so it's used VERY often at least once a day and more often. There is no leak at all, so the failed first unit must really have been an accident. I've even overfilled it a little once or twice and the only problem was that it doesn't flow out of the spout without splattering. (Unexpected as this is user error!) Thanks for the quick response and sharing from W&E! I know which brand to buy for gifts in the future! First review: * I've been loving this for a few weeks now. Now it's suddenly leaking somewhere underneath, regardless of proper fueling and use. So disappointed because I love how it looks!
