Back needs to be tied
I ordered it for my daughter for family photos. The skirt is SUPER cute, my only warning is that the suspenders need to be tied at the back, which creates slots for the suspenders at the shoulders. I wish the suspenders connected to the front and back of the skirt. Otherwise the skirt is very cute, made of excellent material and at a great price. Looked really cute for our photos!
