I love Thule, but this little seat wasn't what we wanted. We have a 9 month old son. I ordered a seat and figured that would do; however, it was too thin. The belt didn't stay on. It kept sliding down so we used the strap to try to hold it together. The stirrups affect the turning radius of the bike. And it's just a little thing that you put your most precious child in and hope for the best. Now he's standing on the floor behind one of our bike racks. I ended up buying the Thule Ride-Along which is MUCH stronger, well built and decidedly safer. This seat might fit a small animal, but you really need to buckle it up.
