Not floor length in heals.
I put this on for the first time and tried to zip it. You probably won’t be able to zip it by your self. Second, I am 5’2” and it’s floor length when I’m not wearing heals. I wore 4 inch heals with it and it was about 2-3 inches to short for my taste. The good thing about this is I didn’t step on it. Lol. It fits well in the bust, and is flowey at the bottom but is very tight at the "waist”.
