Good board with good memory but disappointing fan and case

Board works well and the 8GB memory is a plus. However, my problem is the case and the fan. The fan is very noisy and I seriously think something is wrong with it. I installed the circuit board in the case, but it doesn't fit perfectly. I had to insert an SD card and slide it under the hole at the end of the case. Only then was I able to properly close the case. I tried to contact the seller but I didn't see a link to contact the seller.
