I really like these shoes and am very glad I have them. About 15 years ago I was selling sneakers and then decided that "my shoes” were Nimbus. It's been a while since I've had a pair and since I just started running/walking regularly I figured it was time for a new pair. I'm not particularly thrilled that they're $160 now, especially since they were only $100 when I sold them, so I went with the latest model over the latest. Reviews say they are narrower but since I'm not an 18 I can't compare them. They are narrower than my Brooks Ghost 10s that I received. The cushioning is amazing and they definitely had the "wow factor" right out of the box. I wear Superfeet insoles with my running shoes so I replaced the standard insoles as soon as possible. After a few training sessions I can say with confidence that the Nimbus is still "my shoe" and I'm very happy about that. I also like the reflectivity of the shoes. The reflective material looks iridescent in the sun. I tried the 20's the other day and really didn't notice any difference, so I'm definitely happy with my purchase.
