My daughter loves the new skates she got for Christmas. We rode them at the skate park and tennis courts a few days after she opened them and she found them to be warm and comfortable enough, although her feet are on the lowest end of the range at the moment and it was quite cold (30F ). She finds the hard plastic very uncomfortable compared to the rented leather skates, but she seems to get over the fact that they are less flexible. They even seem to do a good job on concrete ramps and bumpy asphalt. We'll try them out at the rink in February. Hopefully we can skate a lot this spring/summer and they last a long time!
