Not as advertised, with errors.
I thought there should have been 4 total The title says 2x what I read as double. The scented pills are also hard and should be made of cotton material so you can add scent to them when the smell wears off, but not only do they not smell like the lavender they advertise on the packaging, they smell like daisies. also has no perforations, so the smell still cannot penetrate. Imperfect design. Not the advertised product. Cheap.
