Yes they are warm and probably fit hands of all adult female sizes. I like the fact that both right and left mittens are identical too. I picked the gray and light blue ones and so far they match with many of my outfits. I also like the fact that the wrist area is not bulky like many other gloves. These mittens can slide into the jacket or coat sleeves although not all of them. With the price and the functionality (warmth and comfort), this is a very good buy!
