When monitoring salt intake, the sodium level is 270 mg, which is 13 percent of the daily value. The formula also includes nutritional supplements for strength and muscle growth, recovery and digestive support. For expiration purposes, the tub has an expiration date of 31 months in the future, but dates may vary. Solid protein powder, but I just didn't like the taste - so no.
