The maximum tension will not hold you.

They are light but overpriced. Once tightened, they are nowhere near as strong and secure as Shimano's for aggressive off-road use. At maximum tension I always come out of the cleat. For me, they were dangerous at anything above Category 2. I trusted the hype and they weren't as good as my Deore ball bearing studs.

Pros

ADJUSTABLE TENSION: Adjustable tension (80~140kgf.cm). Cleat tension is adjusted by a screw on the side of the pedal. This allows riders the perfect clip feel.
