If I can't use my controllers, I have to return them.

Installation was easy. Connect it. Ready. However, I bought this so I would have extra ports open when I started using an external hard drive. After "installation" my controllers stopped working properly. Not complete, but so much so that you couldn't play or navigate. If the problem persists and I can use my controllers while they're plugged in, I should return them.

Pros

Widely used: a high-speed USB 3.0 port for external hard drives (supports 800 mA and less) and 4 USB 2.0 ports for other devices.
